He did claim his innocence. How do you know that no lawsuit is coming? WHat kind of grounds would he have to sue...there is the burden of proof in a court case. Maybe there is a team of Lawyers advising him as to what his first steps should be!

Yes I would sue or take a steroid test and show the results. Roger is yelping because he has been caught being a cheater and all the world knows he is a cheater.

"The worst thing you can do to an innocent man is accuse him."
So if I was falsely accused, then sure, I'd file a lawsuit... why not.
But Roger isn't innocent.

Mmhmm! Very good point! If I had the money, I'd sue ANYone who falsely accused me of ANYthing! "No I did NOT chew that toothpick. My attorney will be giving you a call later."

It will all be forthcoming in due time. Innocent or guilty this case will proceed according to another time frame and not necessarily what you or I would like to see.

Yes, I would.
I think that he is not filing any lawsuits because I do not think that he is innocent.

Because he's not innocent... Simple as that...
Although he has publicly denied taking steroids... I'm calling BS on that one...
