The Thule Society and The Vril made contact with the reptilians during the final days of WW-2 and once the Germans had reptilian technology they upgraded there submarines, for a time Nazi submersible technology was unrivalled, however they never used to full measure of the technology stolen from the reptilians until they knew 100% that they wouldn't be able to win the war so they built a underwater base under the ice near the north pole, where they have been following the ideals of eugenics in order to try and breed a superior human, but have thus far been unsucsesful in this area, hitler used reptilian cloning technology to fake his own death, so the end result is that Julia Roberts could very well be an operative working for the Thule Society.

Hitler was actually unable to use all the technology given him through Segrun and others due to the fact, early on, the benefactors believed he would become a benevolent ruler. As things changed he was told and strangely enough, obeyed, not to further the technology for war. I suppose he knew those benefactors, with their superior knowledge, could destroy him like a bug. If you do not believe the Illuminati/NWO arent, in fact, in the throws of undermining society as we know it you can Google such things as Illuminati Slave escapes and speaks out.
