Those people holding those clipboards are assistant coaches. The easiest job is the headset cord holder for the head coach.

its the the 2nd and 3rd string QB, so they can play if there is a injury, but playing in the NFL overall is an easy job. How many people get paid to do what they love. Takes dedication though

The offensive linemen who guard me have the easiest job in the NFL. For one, I never keep the ball long enough to actually drop back for a pass, I fling it as soon as it touches my hands. For two, 5 out of every 6 passes I throw are intercepted, and the defense gets to come back.

In theory this does sound like an easy job. However, they have to be prepared to step up and play at any time due to the high injury rate in the NFL.

Easy, of course...They get paid well to the average American...but they don't get paid as well warming the bench as do the starters who actually play...

I say that the Gatorade boy is the easiest(unless you spill it on a player, then it could get rough).
