Not really, i usually wear them, but there are occassions when i don't >.<

I always put my seatbelt on before I start the car. It's the first thing I do. I got a seatbelt ticket a long time ago and ever since then I have always worn it.

Since last 12 years (since the time I have held my driving licence) it was not compulsory rather not enforced to wear seat belt in India. But now law is strictly enforced and I make sure that I wear the same (I hate to pay fines and waste my time with the cops). Although I hate to wear a seatbelt as the same is absolutely uncomfortable and I have to keep pulling the belt so that my tummy is not sqeezed by the seat belt. I hope the car manufacturers design a seat belt which tightens only when brakes are applied. As it is there is so much of traffic in the cities that you actually don't need a seat belt as you don't travel at speeds beyond 20 - 30 atleast in the city.

No! Wear most of the time: Used to require everyone in car to buckle up before I'd start the engine until they started passing laws saying I had to wear them.
Now don't wear one a lot of times just because of that.
Had two bad wrecks:
One the seat belt saved me:
One the seat belt up me in the hospital for a year. If I hadn't been wearing it I wouldn't have gotten hurt.
So it is 50-50 with me about wearing them.

Yeah the first thing I do when I get in any car is put on my seatbelt.

No, I grew up when not all cars had seatbelts. I can't get used to them.

It makes me cringe even thinking about it... I can't get in a moving vehicle without my seatbelt on.

i feel more uncomfortable with the seatbelt on , i hate feeling like i'm strapped down .

Yes. That's the first thing Mom told me to do when I first got into the car as a kid. I don't even have to think about it anymore. I have seen enough skulls go through the windshield to even think twice about not wearing a seatbelt.
