I'm visiting for the week and I was wondering if there are places I must see? Bars, clubs, shops, museums, restaurants? Plz don't suggest skiing/snowboarding. THANX

Whenever I go to Denver I love to go to the Museum of Natural History....they always have the coolest special displays and their planetarium is awsum. Next door to the museum is their Zoo. Also, downtown is the 16th Street mall which is fun too. There are so many shops, restaurants, movie theatres, bars -- Cheescake Factory is still one of my favorite places to dine! Next time I go I definitly want to check out their aquarium I hear its awsum. And of course....we always check out an AVS game (its typically the reason why we're in Denver to begin with lol) Last summer I took my son to the Denver Mint....he didn't want to go he thought it would be lame...but afterwards he tells me , "you know that was soooo cool to see that!" After that we walked around the state capital building...if you appreciate art , its a must see. The interior structure of that building is just phenominal !! You can climb several levels within it and look down, all the way around it its breathtaking! I highly reccomend that as well...you can walk to it from the Mint. Have Fun!!!

Tavern Downtown, Public House, Lodos (if you like really packed places and getting felt up by strangers), Sports Column. There are a lot of fun bars in the Downtown area. Find a place, park and just try out several places! Vesta's is a great place for food and drinks. A little pricy but a fun experence! I hear the Cherry Cricket is a great place.

Golden CO , 20 minute drive from Denver airport , Coors Factory . awsome bars , restraunts , hiking , table top mountain , Home of the old west Buffalo Bob and so on (Must see!)

If you like beer, tour some brews (like Coors in Golden). Otherwise, hit up 16th street mall in Denver, there's plenty to do there.
Really though, you should hit up the mountains.
