Don't get me wrong, I am Christian, and I think I am a pretty good person. I dont go to church, but I believe in god and I love him for all he does. My friend recently started going to church to change her life around, and now... she is not funny.. She used to be sooo funny, and always making jokes about sex and just dumb crap.

Now she has no humour, and lost her personality, basically. Does this happen to all GOOD christians? XD

No there are Christians that are funny and still have a sense of humor. Some people just feel like when they give their life to Christ that they should be modest and be serious all the time. Grant it you are to be modest but that does not not mean that you are not to have a sense of humor. There are many Christian Comedians out there. God didn't put us on this earth to be serious all the time (that is the way I feel anyway). I am a Christian and I love to joke around and carry on.

Well you don't go to church, so most conservative christians will tell you, you're worldly and on the wrong path. It really comes down to conservative versus liberal christians, denominations play right into those two categories.
Southern baptists (yes, they're different from standard baptists) think to be a "good" christian you have to wear skirts to your ankles and shun anyone who doesn't agree with your interpretation of the bible, they're conservative, to a scary level.
Where as Episcopalians accept darn near anything.
Don't worry about the whole sense of humor thing, if she wants to take her religion so seriously, it's her choice.
Also, watch out, she may decide you're a "bad influence" and abandon you for more faithful friends :)

I have noticed this as well. I always thought that God had a sense of humor since we are made in his image. I don't see why we should stop laughing because we start going to church.
