The only differences may be:

The value of the tests. Elementary teachers may have more leeway to look at the entire work of the student rather than 1 bad score.

The perception of the student. Elementary students are most likely more concerned with when the next recess is. High schoolers actually stress the tests.

high school teaches the same things you've been taught in grammar school, that's why!
