Go somewhere else or turn on the TV.
My roommate likes to be loud when her man is over too... so I went to Best Buy and bought a stereo system with a subwoofer.
=) Works like a charm.
And I like to listen to music anyways.

I'd start to make little noises mocking them in a really bad way to, kind of, turn them off. Bang on the walls, rattle the doorhandle, bang on windows, go to the front door ring the doorbell, Hell even just jump on top of them while their doing it. Sit and watch...

Make an audio recording of them. Then play it back to them and explain that that is what you have to hear when they are doin the nasty.

Any sort of acknowledgment that you know what they're doing SHOULD ruin the mood. Try yelling "I hope you're using protection so you don't breed!"

knock on the door really loud and ask a very personal question. either that, or just tell them to shut up, and if they don't, you're coming in. it's disrespectful for your roomie to be having loud sex while you're there.
