There is nothing that will actually improve your eyesight but you can certainly slow down further deterioration.
Carrots, corn, blueberries and bilberries are all very good for your eye health.

brighter lighting is suggestive because when the lights are dim the eyes must work harder therefore they strain to try to see
this would give them a break somewhat
also keeping smoke away from them since they directly absorb such chemicals that pollute the air since they breathe oxygen
also protecting them from the dangerous uv accumulative damages of the direct sunlight with proper eye gear when tanning and sunglasses or tint designed to block uva and uvb rays taking care of them using goggles when in chlorine swimming added bonus
try using visine 2 or 3 times a day eyes can easily become dry and irritated drinking 8 glasses of water balancing hydration is a major key considering a large part of our body is made of water carrots are rich in vitamins that enhance and enrich the eyes particularly beta kerotine staring at a monitor make sure the flicker screen rate is high or that can also strain your eyes and when driving the windows cleaned inside and outside adequate and pattern circadian rhythm of sleep is a must for your vision ask a optomologist about focusing exercising that strengthen the muscles behind the eyes often prescribed to train and improve greatly such things as a "lazy eye" and we all know money invested or financed for lasik surgurey has been successfully miraculous for

I've read that you can improve your eyesight by doing certain exercises using your eye muscles. Open your eyes wide, then look up as far as you can, then look down as far as you can, then look to the left as far as you can and then look to the right as far as you can. Practice doing this when you're brushing your teeth or whenever you have time. Vitamin A also known as Beta Carotene is important for eye health. You can find it in any red, orange or yellow fruits and vegies.
