messed up bro, but hitting a girl is not the answer,

you need to break away from this violence and pain and go figure out how to live on your own.

You family doesn't sound very nice so get your **** out of there and make a life for yourself without them.

The best thing you can do with your sister is stay the hell away from her. One day she will realise what she did and it will all come crashing down, but that is her life and not yours.

I'm sorry for both you and your sister. Life can be so hard sometimes. My daughter beat on me many times as well as my first husband. Hitting someone is not the answer. I know that is not what you want to hear. I hope you will learn to find a different way to handle the situations for YOUR sake as well as your sister's sake. I wish the best for you, though, too.

I would probably have hit her too. I ABHORE being accused of doing something I did not do.

I also would probably take her and the letter to the media (at least locally) and let the chips fall where they may.

You were wrong to beat her up that badly, but, I can feel for you totally. She was HORRIBLE to let this terror go on to this tragic length.

There should be some justice.
.
EDIT: Also, I agree with Amodio, after all above -- clearing your name and your record, then I would move away, far, far way. With family like that, who needs enemies?

But, then try try try to let it go; holding on to bitterness will eat you alive. You can be happy if you can let it go.

What a nasty piece of work your sister is. You shouldnt have hit her though, that's giving her more ammo against you. she's given you a hell of a hard time. You should just tell the truth. I hope everything works out in the end for you, what goes around comes around and one day i hope your sisters conscience hits her hard. .

Even if you had a good reason for it, what you did was technically wrong. If you want my advice, as soon as you can move away and cut of connections with your sister. If you have that bad of a relationship with her and it keeps getting you into trouble there is no point keeping it, just start over.

I think you should leave your family alone after your jail-time or not.

Just move out, live a new life and always remember the past is the past.

Start anew and don't cause any more problems. Make your own family.

Leave town & start somewhere else, there's too many bad memories where you are now.

But first tell the court the whole thing.

Good luck to you: I don't blame you for thumping her but don't do it again.

how old are you?
so your parents don't support you?
being raped isn't a good thing.
Is there someone you know trust?
Being like this sin't good for you.
You're right.
Iam sorry this happened to you
Let out all your anger on a piece of paper right how you feel.
just don't remember these kind of things.
Before you go to court do something new. Make a new hobby.
Just don't hate your sister too much. If you hate like this it'll eat away your soul.
It was probably an accident.

I feel sorry for you and hope that when you do go to court you get fairly treated and that someone listens to you. Sometimes life is not fair. Keep your chin up.
