how do i get digital tv on my laptop when on the road?

have cell phone as moduem for wireless internet can i watch digital tv over internet ?.do i need software ? or hardware ?

You can but I would think it would be cheaper and more effective to buy a USB Digital TV Tuner for less than $80.00

You can buy a thing called a slingbox that hooks up to your TV and by connecting to the internet, you are able to watch the things from your TV on your laptop. Hope this helps :)
