It's been a little over a week actually, I haven't cheated at all, I'm very pysched about it, but before I start shouting it from the roof tops I wanna know if the worst is behind me.

The first two weeks are the hardest. The second week was the hardest for me, the first week I was still so gung-ho and then had to muster it up again the second week. I think if you can get through the first two weeks you will fine. The only other hard times were when I was out partying. It felt natural.

Good luck and good for you, that is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

I totally agree with you because love and relationships (if strong and well grounded) are based on truth, trust, honesty and unselfish acts. Sounds to me like all she did was completely the opposite of all that. I feel bad for her boyfriend and I don't think she deserves a second chance cause she needs to learn from this so she shapes up for the next guy at least. She will be fine and grow up a little after she gets over the heartbreak.

Is the worst behind you - it depends from who's perspective you look at it from. But you get a pat on the back from me. Good on you for making a concerted effort to better yourself and your life. Even if the worst isn't behind you, you can do it! It's hard to soar like an eagle when you're flying with turkeys.

I think the worse is over but it still isn't going to be easy. I understand that after you eat you will still crave them and when you are near anyone who is smoking, you will crave them and when you are stressed, etc. I wish you the very best, though.

Just think of how good it would feel to light one up,

The satisfaction of that first puff is calling for you,

Come on, one isn't going to hurt you. . . . . .
