sleep without a bra.
wear pushup bras- they dont have underwire that leaves marks and dont let your boobs sag.

Yes, you really should take your bra off to go to sleep. The skin could use a breather, and the air flow is necessary. Bra's aren't necessarily required for health reasons, but esthetically it does help make clothing fit better. It also prevents you developing furniture disease- when the chest is in the drawers. If you are full figured, an underwire bra can provide you a little extra support to hold things up- but it's more important that the bra fit correctly than the design. If you are being left with marks under the breast, chances are yours doesn't fit well. Most ladies actually do not wear the correct size, and you might consider a visit to a proper lingerie shop just to have a professional fitting done. Then you will know exactly what size to get and what will work best for you. The marks will fade with time, there is nothing you need to do except get a better fit. Your breasts will sag in time, gravity works on us all. A bra will just buy you more time, and obviously when the inevitable sag does set it will make things look a lot better on you. Not wearing a bra at all will make you sag earlier, that's all. When you go to bed, gravity still pulls the tissue to the sides, so a bra really has no effect. But it will interfere with breathing, and should you have a fellow in your life, he won't much care to get froggy and find you in battle gear. Neither will you for that matter. Just please wear one when you are fully dressed for the day. Nobody finds the flopsy-mopsy look that attractive, except guys in heat.

yes you have to take bra off when sleeping b/c breast needs circulation. it needs to breath too lol....wire bras hurt when your wearing the wronge size so get that check. to get the mark of the under wire off you breast you will have to stop wearing under wire bra for 6 months. The only saft bra to wear to sleep is a soft sports bra.

all breasts sag with age, i couldnt bear wearing my bra for bed. a good alternative is those vests with the hidden support, thats what i wear. the marks under your breast may mean your wearing the wrong size bra, maybe its worth having a fitting or changing the style of bra. hope this helps?
merry christmas!

If you do sleep in a bra it should be an underwired one, there is evidence that the pressure of the wires when you are in a sleeping position can disrupt the blood flow to your breasts- and that won't help them to look there best! It's gravity that causes your boobs to sag- but there's no where for them to sag to when you are in bed! If you must wear a bra buy cheap ones from primark/ supermarket and pull the wires out for wearing in bed.

My wife takes hers off. Besides- more spontaneous things can happen without a bra to interfere...

There is no evidence whatsoever to supprt the absurd theory that bras cause cancer. The underlying contributor is excess oestrogen interacting in a yet undermined manner with abnormalo cells. How do I know- my wife has lumps (benign) that require a checkup each 4 months & I chat frequently to her oncologist (a breast specialist).

Merry Christmas to you and your nearest! Wassail!

You can if you want to, the breasts need to breathe a bit.

You can also wear a bra if you want to, as long as it is loose and comfortable.

Its personal preference really.

Don't wear underwires to bed. Use a comfortable sport bra.

i hate bras... the questons you asked are so debated I really don't know what to tell you. I say to do what is comfortable, for me sleeping with a bra would be hell (cause i actually have breast) but is it necessary for health? ha, no if it were many would fall ill.

Definitely do not wear a bra to bed, in fact as others have said it is best to sleep nude. I would go so far as to recommend that you go braless all the time.

well.
no matter what, your breast will become saggy with age. personally, i sleep with my bra on to slow down the process but underwire does help. and if you have marks under your breasts, that means your bra is too tight. going to select stores like macy's or victoria's secret, they'll help you determine the right bra size for you.

sleeping nude allows your skin to breathe more.

this is the answer and a fact. no fluff and no jokes. you will notice that you are less sweaty and you will feel free and refreshed. you may also notice a change in your personality.

all the clothing traps you and is suffocating.

you can always get a boob lift later on in life. your health and emotional feeling is a lot more important
