Two meanings that I know of:
1. Your crotch, where some of our favorite organs are found,
2. a rickrack, or series of stones, boulders, or even discarded items, extending into the sea across a current to stop erosion of the shore.
The first one seems like more fun, but there's no accounting for taste.
