No... there are a few other dynamics involved between "seeing hot 18 year-old" and "dating the hot 18 year old."
Personality is everything. A shallow or crappy personality saps the hotness out reeeeal fast.

I'm 20 and even then I wouldn't date an 18 year old.
I've dated younger before and no thanks, too much like babysitting!
I've dated a year older and still like babysitting. I'm going for at least 2-3 years older and see from there!
