NaOH + NH3 ---> H2O + N2H2 + Na
Note: this equation isn't balanced; you'll need to put the coefficents in. For future reference, mixing any metal hydroxide with ammonia will yield water, N2H2, and the isolated metal.

Nothing - adding two alkalis together wouldn't be expected to produce anything.
