Of course it is. A marriage relationship is between a male-energy and a Female -energy. All U need is those two roles filled for a start and U on your way. (Note: I didn't say a Man and a Woman. I spoke of energies, masculine and feminine.)
Of course this is no guarantee that the marriage will be Gay--as in happy. Or that it will last. Children they need to see and understand social roles in their parents, IE. the masculine and the feminine. If these roles are fulfilled, no problem for the kid with the parents. Socially is another question. The state really only cares that now it can consider your incomes joint and put in both in a new tax bracket. Hope that helped?

I don't know about the marriage part because of the legal status, but as far as relationships, I know couples that have been together for many years and are very happy. I think a relationship is what you make it.:)

Yes. In my country you can have a "civil union" which is like a marriage, but for gay or lesbian people.

You can try find a country / state that will let you marry there?

It is very possible I have been in one for 9 and a half years. If you mean technically married No im not BUT we have been living as so for 8 years and very happy
