You don't 'make sex' ... you should make LOVE ... and if you are truly meant to be together always you will be, if not, sex on the first night of marriage won't make a difference either way. My husband and I didn't make love on the night we got married, but we had sex before marriage (he said he was going home, but never did go home to sleep after we started going together) and we are together 'forever and beyond' ... we were both just too darned tired ... we got married after 8 and had a big reception, and had to 'clean up' afterwards ... so we just hugged close and went right to sleep, happy to be finally MARRIED. We are now planning our 11th anniversary (Valentine's Day) ...we go on vacation every year on our anniversary, and there must be 'water' involved because we got married on a state ferry in the middle of the Puget Sound.

Sex is usually expected on the wedding night. You can't have EVERYTHING in your life partner. No one can be everything to you. Most girls want romance on their wedding night.

Normally sex is the most anticipated thing on the first night.
Especially for girls who kept their virginity for her husband.
And the man surely cannot wait for that moment.
It's a celebration of life.
