Mangoes, the king of fruits. I know about all mango varietis , their plantation methods & tastes too whether those are only juicy mangoes or mangoes of solid pulps. Anwar Rataul , Dassehri & Alphonso are few best ones. I too have mango orchards. Best mangoes are available in Malihabad locality of Lucknow district in Uttar Pradesh state of North India where the King of Mangoes, Kalimullah Khan Saheb (called Mango Maharaja) lived whose 85 years old tree is still there in which he could grow 320 different varieties of mangoes having totally differnt tastes. Kalimullah Khan died few years ago. Experts believed that if entire world's scietist combined together, they cannot replicate his horticulture techniques. He was a very simple & shy man by nature.
Mango shake with milk is very good. Mango icecream is also good. Mango takes time to digest. Mango juices can be used ti make hard & rigid edible sheets too by mixing with other things.
Mango trees can be planted in non fertile lands too successfully. Mango cannot be grown in cold places. If anyone can plant mango trees sucessfully in cold place where snow falls, it will be a great achievement in science.
In India a man of mid age has planted 20 million number of mango trees single handedly in Andhra Pradesh state of South India. His name is Shri Ramaiyah.
Watermelon helps in increasing digestive power.
