no, because the world will never be a better place until people are held to a higher standard. There are too many pushovers and doormats who care too much about things that don't matter. They try to make the world better but they're really not accomplishing anything. The problem with trying to make the world a better place is that years from now, people will still be trying to do it, and it just isn't gonna happen.

Every day I do multiple things for the less fortunate, the normal, and the people I meet in my daily walk through life. You never know when the nice compliment you give a co-worker, the praise you give a friend, the smile you give a stranger, the gentle nod of a head to someone you pass by, holding open the door for a lady, giving up my parking spot to someone more handicapped than I , a dollar or two to the young mother in line when she runs short at the grocer's, a can of gas and a jump start to the stranded teenager in the middle of nowhere, an extra ten spot in the church offering, do for others, an extra hug and kiss or two for your parents, spouse and children, siblings, and other relatives... it blesses them and you. You too might need help one day. How much nicer this world could/would be if everyone could do one nice thing for someone else, and most cost nothing but one's thoughts and time.

I never kill things except ants and roaches
I personally think killing or hurting animals for no apperent reason, like most of the idiots my age do, is wrong
I beleiveits okay to hunt as long as you don't waste the meat
eat the meat, Mount the head and send the rest off to be made into leather


1 ants are the devil when they get in my garden
2 I HATE cockroaches I have a phobia of cockroaches

I don't know about the world...but I do things to make ME a better person. We all should do that. I pray every night ,and every morning. We all need to pray for the soldiers who are fighting in this awful war. The "powers that be" need to bring our men and women home. ASAP!!!!!

I have to be honest, I will try to help someone if they seem to be in need, but it isn't every day I come across that. Other than that, not much more then recycling bottles and trying not to use so much energy and paper.

Kind of. Everyday I try to raise my son the right way and be a good role model for him so he will grow into a good, honest, happy man. The world can never have enough of those! :)

Yes. I off the lights when not in use, i replace my lights from incandescent to fluorescent , i cycle rather then take my car, i recycle, i use water wisely and sometimes melt the snow on the ground to use other then drinking or eating with, i.e cleaning the floor, windows..

There is so much going the other way that it is more rare and therefore more satisfying to go 'against the grain'
I like to just help someone without asking anything in return. That makes me feel the best
