What is the real name of this song, and where can I find the sheet music for it? I love Beethoven's "Love Story" but am at a loss for its real name, and cannot find sheet music anywhere!!

I don't know how it got started being call "Beethoven's Love Story."
It is the theme song from the movie entitled "Love Story," starring Ali MacGraw and Ryan O'Neal.
It has been made into a song entitled "Where Do I Begin?"

There was a movie called "Love Story" which had as its theme song "Where Do I Begin ? " by Francis Lai.
