Try joining Absolute Write Water Cooler Forum. They have a section for greeting card writers.

Quite a few of the major card companies accept submissions from unsolicited sources. None of them pay big amounts but it can add up. Check with as many of them as you can find and ask about their "unsolicited works" policy. Good Luck.
