Please let me know what to do, im in phoenix, az, weather is nice, 65 degrees at day, 44 at night, i try to keep it outside and put it indoors at night, seemed to dry up more that way. I barely touch the tree and branches fall off, the trunk looks healthy, perhaps the roots are damaged and theres no hope? Plz help, thanks.

sounds like it's dying, maybe the roots are rotting, do you have drainage in the pot it's in?

Probably died of root rot. Soil is likely too moist.

Moving it in and out of the house may also have stressed it alot. Junipers grow wild outside and I can't think of why it would want to go in the house.

You would do better if you put this question in the "Botany" section, which is in the Science & Mathematics section. When you put it in there, also mention what sequence things happened, eg. leaves turned brown from the outside to the inside, or leaves fell off the tree starting at the bottom and then upwards etc.
Best of luck.
