No, they all need the host organism to survive and reproduce. They would not do anything in a jar. Some bacteria may grow on artificial media. Others may not grow outside the host.

Pathogenic germs attack human cells. So it wouldn't do much, though if some have plasmides, they might trade them and get stronger (acquire new properties, like antibiotic resistance), but they'll just be more of a harm once you open the jar. They'll kill you then, but won't kill themselves.

Depending on what nutrients they needed to survive, many will die off because of competition for resources. If you leave the jar closed for a longer time, perhaps they will all die because there will be no host cell for them.
