Person Vs Supernatural because they are being turned into zombies. I'm sure that didn't give the ok for this. Then, Person (the kid zombies) Vs. Society because they are faced with finding a cure for their condition. It's all external conflicts.

I think it could be man vs man since it's the kid vs the other kids/zombies. It's not really man vs self since they really aren't battling within themselves. I don't really think it's man vs nature either. it could be argued as man vs society sice the zombies are a society but your best bet would be man vs man or even better yet man vs the supernatural.

Man versus "who" or "what" ever is turning them into zombies... you're going to have to identify the culprit before you can say what man is up against here.. whether another man or nature or himself or whatever...
