I highly recommend Lea & Perrin's marinades. Good stuff.
As a side, I recommend eating his liver with fava beans and a nice chianti.
Lastly, I'd recommend the insanity defense when they catch you.

you can serve my 58 yr old one as the side dish. mine comes pre marinaded in its own 80 proof sauce.

Italian dressing--let him soak in it all night. Especially if you think he might be a bit 'gamey'. You cant go wrong with my mother in laws cheese potatos. Dear God, they are delish!! Have a nice Resling wine--a little chilled maybe.
