Buy something that will make your out worn clothes look better, some new shoes, a new hat, if money is a problem, try layering tshirts, or comb your hair different.

You layer them with a different color clothes - usually a bright tee shirt. Add different color cloth belt around the waist. Roll up the pants and wear with boots. (jeans, not dress pants)

I am assuming your a guy... so that knocks out alot of my ideas. Only thing I can think of is taking old t-shirts and pairing them with a long sleeved shirt. That gives it that vintage look plus its warmer for the winter.

Use a razor to rip up your jeans and cut holes or put patches on your tops to make them look different.
