I haven't had a period since Nov. 5th At first when I realized just how late I was I got really excited thinking here comes my second little baby!! But, 5 negative pregnancy tests later that excitment turned to great concern. I took my curiosity to webmd and read an article on ectopic pregnancy, regardles of the answers I seek tonight I'm calling the doctor tomorrow to get a definite diagnosis but to maybe help me sleep tonight I really need to, at the very least-know what I should expect.

My symptoms include:

Missed period (Nov. 5th was the first day of my last period)
Tender breasts
No major stomach pain, but cramps similar to the ones I experienced with my first child.
I am a smoker
23 y/o
under little to no stress (until now!)
That's all I can really say I guess, Thank you in advance for you help.

Over 90% of ectopic pregnancies have a positive urine pregnancy test, so odds are that's not what you have. Have your doctor check it out to see what else could be causing your missed period.

I've had both an ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage...your symptoms (including the negative test) sound to me like an early miscarriage. This is just my opinion of course. I'm sorry. I hope you feel better very soon!

By the way...you need to quit smoking...for your child's sake! You can do it! It was the hardest thing I've ever done but I did it...you can too!

Good idea. Ectopic is a possibility. See your doctor.
