i take advantage of to go through with IBS and that i chanced on that it did no longer be counted what I ate or did no longer consume. i might desire to consume a nutrition one time and be completely advantageous, and consume that very comparable nutrition lower back and be very ill. i chanced on that stress had plenty to do with the IBS. this might or won't be the case for you whether. I propose which you pay interest to what you have eaten suitable in the previous you have an episode. the will arises to maintain a workstation on what meals make you ill and those you do no longer. you're able to start to confirm a trend except you're like me, and there replaced into no trend in any respect. good luck.

Chocolate!!!! Some big brain over in Europe somewhere did a study on chocolate and discovered what we already knew. Yes, chocolate really does make things better. There is a chemical in chocolate that releases endorfins in the brain which make you feel better. If you are depressed, chocolate can bring your spirits up. As if we needed a reason to eat chocolate!

Food doesn't make your troubles go away, only you have the power to do that. You should find other things such as books, movies, writing, a friend to talk to, going out with the girls, etc. Something like that.

Toast with real butter. Chocolate once in awhile does it too. My best friend when I was young made sugar sandwiches, so if I'm really feeling down, then I eat a sugar sandwich.

Of course you are not a pig, you are a cat! Coffee with lots of cocoa and milk makes all my troubles go away and if it's Hazelnut, the troubled won't even peck me because he hates that smell!
