Hey bubble, you can go to college with C's. My daughter went to school with a dummy that barely passed. He went to college and graduated first in his class. college grades have nothing to do with high school

Keep in mind that C's are what you need to graduate from high school at all. Given that, you can get into a community college as long as you have a high school diploma. Other worthwhile universities are usually more selective. It isn't really stupid, if you think about it. College is a step up from high school and is therefore harder. If you were barely getting through high school, the chances of your making it in college are greatly reduced. In addition, the better the college, the more people apply there, and so they pick the best of the people who apply. If a school is very selective (Harvard, for example, accepts 8-9% of all applicants, that may mean that even straight A's and perfect SAT scores aren't enough.

probably best to go to a community college. I graduated from high school with a 2.5 (it almost got me into the University of Minnesota-TC), and after being at a community college for 2 years, it's probably better than 4 year. you can get your general ed. courses and your prerequisites out of the way for cheaper.

Maybe a junior college or a state school that has to take every high school graduate. If you can't do better then C's in high school, maybe college is not for you.....

Most junior colleges are open admission.Have a HS diploma and you're in.
Do well, and most 4 year colleges will accpert most, if not all of your credits.
