hmm..they're both really cute...
the first one's really pretty and i'm absolutely loving the lace on the bottom, but the red one's really bold and more daring and definitely demands attention
if it were me, i'd go for the first one just because it's more classic and seems less likely to have "wardrobe malfunctions"

The first one on black is so freaking ugly.
Its screams out little girl.
Now the second one is for more for a new years eve party, but not a formal one.
Also, its NOT for flatchested people....

the black one is very nice but too simple it is new years, go with the red it is so different and sexy you will have everybodys attention. the red one is perfect dress for new years.

They both are very cute. I got the one from delias and got multiple compliments on it. It's really cute and a good deal.
