Not agood way to start your teaching career, you are abusing your position and this will only end with the sack. Let the young man free to learn and develop himself without having to question his every move under your prowling eyes.
What happens if you pull him and then he cheats on you with some other girl in the same class, be professional.........

Geez don't you read the news???? These kinds of relationships are inappropriate and not acceptable in any way shape or form. If you like him that much wait until he isn't your student anymore. I can guarantee you'll lose your job if someone finds out you're involved with a student.

first does the student know that you like him. If he is at least bit attracted to you and your age comes up. Just tell the guy age don't matter you never know when you're going to die and what are you going to do when that younger girl get old. you won't lose your job.

If he is one of your students i am sorry to say but you should stay well away, if you started to date him it would be seen as you have abused your roll and you can be dismissed as a teacher

Wait until he is out of your class and then ask him out.
However you may want to double check with your school to see if there's anything againist student and teacher relationship.

just say

but make sure you give him low marks so your not shown to be using favoritism
