your nose and ears dont stop growing even when you stop getting taller so thats why....

You sure ask a lot of questions of why women's looks change with age. That's what happens as people get older, not just with women; don't be sexist.

Skin sags down, muscles deteriorate, gets weaker, most get the "hook nose" it's like gravity owned them
