I don't know.
After reading the report, I think that Barry has burned himself, and is going to jail. And Clemens. . . He simply needs to own up and move on. This crap of denial by both of them is a joke.
Yeah, Clemens has the admission of his former trainer injecting him, they think that Clemens has stopped. Bonds continues to show his errogance and do the juice, and deny that he does. There is way too much to state otherwise.

Well, Bonds told several people he was on steroids. His personal trainer was known to distribute steroids, and went to jail in the scandal. BALCO had several records of Bonds' usage. His performance and body type changed noticibly after the 1998 season. And everyone else named in the BALCO scandal eventually has "come clean," including Marion Jones after years of denials.
That's an awful lot of evidence. Clemens has one personal trainer's testimony, which is pretty convincing ... especially after Andy Pettitte went public to confirm the details of that same trainer's testimony.
I think Bonds is in the lead, but we'll see what else comes out.

If someone claimed they injected you with HGH should that person be believed, don't leave out that someone is told give names or go to jail. If you told a Grand Jury you used a cream that you had no idea what ingredients were in it should you be believed, don't leave out you watch what you eat and take? Which of the to reads more like a lie?
I am careful of what medications I take due to the fact I have epilepsy and I don't want anything effecting my meds.

With Clemens, there is one witness claiming firsthand knowledge of his use. With Bonds, there are at least two (his ex-partner and his ex-mistress), plus a large amount of documentary evidence from the federal BALCO investigation. There is no comparison.

1- Barry ADMITTED taking steroids.
http://www.news10.net/display_story.aspx?storyid=8686
2-Clemens has denied using them, so it's he said, she said in Clemens case. However, I think the evidence is pretty strong against Clemens. We have to wait and see.

I can't believe it took 5 days to get a freaking carefully prepared statement out of Clemens (guilty). So it is evident that juiced pitchers were throwing to juiced hitters. Where do we go from here? Can I answer a question with a question?

I don't know how you get more solid evidence than Bonds saying that he used steroids. (remember, the lie was that he didn't know it was steroids, but he did admit to using what was identified as steroids)
So, I think a witness is still a second to admission.
Too bad Bonds had no balls to actually say it in public.

Clemens denied it, through his agent. What a copout.
Big Bad Clemens doesn't have the balls to call a press conference and ask questions directly????

In the court system this would never hold up. It is word against word. What if I said you were a witch? Would you expect your town to burn you at the stake as if my word was proof?

Bonds is done. Clements will not face the same fate unless he comes clean. The sooner the better.
