Do what makes you the happiest. I took a job once that doubled my pay, but the cost to my mental health was not worth the switch. I love what I do now, and am just much happier.
Be happy first, everything else will fall in place.

If job is a metaphor for cookie then you have to ask yourself;
Is the next cookie fresher (just out of the oven) or is it the same ole store bought hard as rock cookie?

Is the new cookie interesting throughout or is it just decorated on the outside?

Is it good for you but not very appetizing like a tofu cookie?

Does the cookie start as dough so you can cook it the way you like it or is it already made and not at all flexible in its content?

You know some cookies look good on the outside then you find that they really have a nasty filling and you wish you had your old cookie back.

By the way is this new cookue a big one as if for your valentine or is it a small one thats over quikly and your left with only a crumb or two.

I just love my cookie so Im staying put. Hmmmm, fresh out of the oven!

Sometimes a change is just what you need. Take the new job.
It's just a job, it doesn't define who you are. You can't be very happy at the one you have now, or you wouldn't need help with this.Go. Do it.
