YES! rode kill in Texas here is a staple..love it..Just ride by have a friend scoope it up and but it in a clean tuperware bowl or tight sealed garbage bag:) yum!@

Go ahead, I saw a roadkill cookbook once, you could use that, but I'm sure your ol' pappy knows what he's doin'. Certainly he has cooked his share of geese in his life. When he gets in from the mine shafts tell him he don't need to worry 'bout no pig from uncle Herb this year, you gots a goose.

i would not eat it. you don't know how long it has been dead and food poisoning is no joke.
try the grocery store. you can buy a dead goose there that is safe to eat.

You could serve a dead skunk if you want. Whether or not anybody would eat it is another question.

I used to have those things by my old apt complex & I swear I never seen a dead one!
