To be fair, this is a reprint of an answer I gave earlier today.
Simple answer is: You first need to look at the "Rated" Wattage/Amperage ratings on the label of the existing power supply. (You didn't even tell us what Wattage PSU you have now). Not enough information given to decide.

Better answer:
Then it is a simple math problem: Add up all the actual Wattage(s)/Amps to a total figure (all items that are both going to be in the box-tower, and all those neat lil' USB/Firewire toys attached to that box/tower...Yes those USB/Firewire connected toys take plenty of Watt's/Amps to power up too!). Once all are added together, then you will know how big a power supply you will need minimum....Increase that # by about 25% and you won't be sorry. Example below: (not using real numbers of course, but you'll get the idea anyway).
Existing Power Supply in that tower that was on sale at Tiger Direct.com cheap: 380 Watts. (Oooop's, label actually says 300W@X.X Amps.
But, I really liked the case for $29.99 after rebate...Why, oh why, was I expecting to get a power supply and super neato cheap case for much less...to run that great budget gaming rig... than a decent 350 W power supply, or neato case should cost, as separate items?

Out of breath yet? But, you can still use that neato case you bought nice and cheap (give that cheapo worthless 300W power supply to the brother-in-law you don't really like that much as a Christmas gift!).

Great "Yahoo Answers" answer: 2. Yes, great gaming combo, as long as you can afford it and "Provide a power supply", that will actually power that much hardware, and so much more!
1. Do you have a power supply installed that will power EVERYTHING IN AND ATTACHED TO THAT BOX?
1. Did you upgrade the power supply too when you upgraded everything else but the case?

Good luck!
Hey Folks.....Stop & Simply, "Do The Math!" It is simple addition+ add 15%~25% for future upgrades.
Adding Hardware?...Re-Figure the TOTAL POWER needed!
Upgrading the guts?...An upgraded Power Supply is part of the guts.
Building new?...Figure it all, collect the real wattages, add them up+15%~25% more...Then add the correct Watt/Amp Rated Power Supply to your cart last!
A chart like listed above is exactly what I use when configuring a custom computer.

And to be more fair...I just used that same free chart version and it came up w/ Recommended PSU Wattage: *555 Watt PSU needed though I used the 50% capacitor figure for age because it's running hard 24 hrs. a day for 6+ yrs..
It's a 6 yr. old unit I went fairly high w/ at the time on the PSU, upgrades & age have worn that down...But it's time I take a few things out or step up myself. It isn't my daily performance runner, but a work machine. But I sure am glad I used that chart. The +12Volt rail is still being delivered plenty of power so I'll keep it as is...But I won't add to it wattage wise without taking away something now that I know it's borderline.
I just posted this answer and strangely heard a drive spin up...realized I left the motherboard CD in my burner (was using it to access latest drivers today and was interrupted by a customer)....Do you leave CD's/DVD's in the drive and forget them...ever? That takes power too beyond wearing out your bearings.
Just went back and figured a basic fairly top end gaming rig I build w/ todays parts and it comes in at a whopping 1,052 Watts needed at 15% capacitor aging w/ todays good parts. Want to build it nice and fast...be ready to power it up also.
