I have a friend and she's attracted to caucasion guy and she's african american but the guys she likes don't like her cuz they think that african american girls aren't as pretty as white girls...and they make fun of her...why do some ppl think that... my friend happens to be very pretty and it doesn't matter what color her skin is

There's plenty of very attractive black men and women. The problem is the media rarely shows them. Usually the media will only show ugly black women, and the only time they show attractive ones are when they're light-skinned, e.g. Beyonce or Vanessa Wiliams. But I've personally seen plenty of gorgeous chocolate-toned black women, especially those Cuban and Martinique girls. I personally don't understand why people can't find both black and white folks attractive. But then, to each his own, and what matters is that at least one man or woman out there finds you attractive, because all you need is one spouse.
Another problem is too many black people these days choose clothes, hairstyles or makeup that's unflattering or they behave in a crude way.

Wow thats a good question. I have a friend who is black and is also attracted to white guys. She's pretty and dark skinned but she acts totally FAKE (fake meaning she tries to "act" like a white girl) around white guys until its just sad. The white guys don't like her because she's totally fake and not real with herself or any of them. They'd choose a white girl because she doesn't have to pretend to be something she's not. On the other hand, I know lots of white guys who date black girls...Maybe these guys are racist or something? I'm almost sure that not all white guys think black girls aren't pretty. Plus like the other guy said its hard to find a real black girl that attracted to white guys. I'm attracted to all races! hehe Good question! Starred**

I think african american women are beautiful. Everyones idea of beauty is different. Some men only like skinny women and some men only like fat women. Some of us prefer one race over another. That's just how it is. She'll find someone in time. Obviously those that make fun of her aren't worth her time anyways.

i think there are people in every race that are attractive wheter they are black, asian, russian, muslim, french, itailan, puerto rican, spanish, etc. I go to a high school in a urban neighborhood and therefore, there are alot of black kids but i have NO problem with that what so ever. i respect everyone that respects me. its as easy as that. I had a crush on a french guy once and im asian. but he didnt have feelings for me because i found out that he likes to flirt with everyone. people have mad fun of me before just because of my race. there is a russian boy in my guitar class that made up a song asians and how he wants to kill them and how he wants to be the next asian hitler. he added alot of inappropriate steriotypes by the way. i know people would think he's joking but those words still came out of his mouth.
