Well unless you bumped your head, that Tigers lineup is looking pretty scary, especially when you consider that Pudge may bat ninth. That should tell you that the 3 through 8 holes are filled with power.

The Angels just don't have the balance that Detroit does. They lost power when they foolishly let Orlando Cabrera get away. Vladdie, as much as I wouldn't want to pitch against him is getting older and starting to show some injury proneness. Same thing with Garrett Anderson. Overall, the Tigers just look better to me.

The Tigers. They have added Renteria, Cabrera, Jones, and of course Dontrelle Willis. They also got Bautista a relief pitcher. Add that lineup to what was already great last year, and you are pretty darn good.

I would say that it is quite close, the Angles have the definite star power, and big name players, but the Tigers, have a deep solid roster... It's close, but I would say the Tigers

i think the angels are deeper, better on offense and better bullpen, the tigers can probably outslug the angels, and the two are equal in starting staffs, the angels can also run the tigers to death, the tigers cant fire back in that department at all

Even though I don't like them but I say the Tigers but they will still find a way to lose division title or lose in play-offs, if they do make it. They look good on paper but they still have to play all 162 games. I look forward to baseball season.

DOH!
HELLO?

Clearly you were asleep during the winter meetings.

Wake up, have a cup of coffee, and look again.

The Tigers are going to smack the cover off of any, and all, baseballs this summer.
