I Opened All The Caves In Pokemon Emerald For I Can Get the 3 Legandaries ( steel, ice, rock ), but each caves has like these dots and i dont know what they mean can you please explain what i have to do in each of the caves.

REGIROCK
Regirock is located in the Desert Ruins.
Before going there, bring a Pokemon with Rock Smash on you. Atthe desert ruins go south and you'll find a big rock surrounded by six tiny rocks. The big rock has an opening. In
this room, go up to the Braille on the wall. Now go left two spaces and then down two spaces. Use Rock Smash on this space and it will open up the door to regirock.
REGICE
Go into the cave on route 105 i think it is then just do one full lap around the very outside of the cave from the brail and it will open up the door to regice
REGISTEEL
Go to the cave on route 120 and use flash in the very middle of it and the door will open up to registeel.
I did this all today so i remember it all. Registeel was really hard to catch make sure u bring thunder wave and lots and lots of ultra balls.
