If I call my mexican fast food restaurant Taco Munch is it weird?

the name is according to the food or line of business

to name it
generally they call ¨taqueria¨+ name of the owner
to make the consumer feel familiarize


for example:
these tacos are the most of representatives of this area
of mexico


tacos de carne asada (of cow)
tacos de cabeza (of cow)
tacos de buche (of pig)
tacos de camaron (of shimrp)
tacos al pastor (of pig)
etc.

but most of the time a restuarant specialize in one

note:
a taqueria could be a restaurant also a car like the hot dogs
(and this car can be called carreta)
