Some birth control can take up to or over a year for your periods to come back.

You no longer have any hormones from the pill going through you, so you may end up being irregular.

After stopping bc it can take a few months for your period to become regular. Also, you might be pregnant. If you actually missed a period I would try takng an OTC pregnany test.
