he has my trust fund, we are wating for the final accounting to get done, (was sposed to be done last month but it wasn't now he has till the 21 of this month, or he'll be called to court, well i just got my bank statement, and i am missing forty thousand dollars just from november 10 till december 11, i honestly believe he has used my money illegally (he raised me after my parents were killed) now i love him, and want nothing more than to have a good relationship with him, but he said some really low things in court, and then i gave him a hug and said i love you and he never said or hugged me back, now i am missing this money, what should i do, i called court but they cant do anything till he files. i am sick of what he is doing, and i dont have any money (looking for a job but haven't found one yet) also please dont say he has becoe independent on it, because i kinda believe he has, but if he needed the money, he could have asked, we dont have any, but he doesn't help anyone at all

and this money was put aside from selling my property my parents had

Since the paperwork is already filed and you have notified the court, I don't believe you have to 'do' anything else - the missing money will be apparent when the final accounting is completed, and you should have the opportunity to dispute at the time. The 21st is almost here, it should be resolved soon.

It is commendable that you want to keep a good relationship with your grandfather, and I hope you continue to work at the relationship after the situation has been resolved.

yeah listen 2 the 1st. guy.as long as yr doing what u should b doing then they'll find out the truth
