This is a program called NoteBook Hardware Control, many people use to because their notebooks are corresponding with what their doing. You can set the fans inside your laptop to start running and stopping and difference temperatures to keep on top of ventilating your system. The program isn't very large and will not affect the CPU speed at all. Cheers.

they do run hot after a short period of time, the initial start usually revs the fan very fast to compensate for the heat generated by the processor, you can help by getting some airduster and blow out the fan but watch your eyes and if there is excessive stuff in there get a pro to do it, most will do it for a cup of tea, also dont use it on the bed or a fabric surface which would block the vents, have you a dog or cat, you wouldnt believe how much a laptop sucks through into the heater matrix..

get one of those cooler plates. there like 15-20 bucks and u install it on the bottom of ur laptop. there barely noticible and very thin so there isnt anything bad about apearance. they'll keep ur laptop kool. as for y its heating up on the inside u should have it checked at ur local best buy or circuit city to c if the fan needs to be replaced bcuz if its not working good it may not supply enough air to keep all the parts going.

Hi. First, make sure your laptop has adequate ventilation. I run mine on a breadboard. Works fine.

Take it in and have the fan replaced, they do go bad even if it's new, it's an electronis part.
