Title 26 of the US Code. Google it.
Ignore that rant about not having to file. Pure idiocy.

Good luck with that.
The Sixteenth Amendment to the U.S. constitution states that Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Various laws passed since then have established the IRS and created the tax code. Violating any part of the massive tax code is a violation of law. The police powers of the State are used to enforce the tax code and numerous violators are imprisioned and fined each year. You can join them, just don't pay your taxes or don't file. Good luck with not paying because if you work for someone else they'll deduct the taxes from your pay before you even see it.
Its just like when an employer violates an OSHA regulation what law have they broken.

Not paying your taxes is called Tax Evasion and it is a Federal Crime. The most you can do is skip a year, and that is mostly due to not enough income.
Stay out of trouble and pay your taxes. I'm pretty sure you don't want a Federal offense on your record. It is the worst.

IRS tax regulation. The IRS is almost the main mandatory branch of the federal government. They continually win, you finally end up paying no longer basically your unique tax invoice, yet a one hundred% penalty and interest and in the event that they think of you purposefully did no longer pay taxes, you will get Federal detention center time too. keep in mind that Al Capone did no longer ever do sooner or later in penitentiary for any of his crimes. they won't pin the murders, bootlegging, prostitution or drug engaged on him. He did over 10 years for tax evasion.

as long as you don't file, you haven't broken any laws. once you file, you enter into an agreement to pay. the US supreme court ruled in 1991 that our labor was our personal property and we exchange it equally in exchange for pay. the 16th amendment recquires only those who "profit or gains" to be taxed. the vast majority of americans aren't recquire to pay income taxes. they outlawed slavery in 1864.
this is why the irs threaten so hard and then simply settle out of court. THEY DON'T WANT IT TO GO TO COURT because they will lose in court. the supreme court has already set precedence.

I don't know exactly where the law is written but why don't you just stop paying your taxes and see. They will come to your door, escort you to court and tell you exactly what law you broke and even read it to you.
