if someone's two testicles size is very different like one is almost double size of another . Is this a serious problem?

One of my testicles became extremely enlarged about three years ago. It's called a hydroseal. Water gets around some type of membrane and causes sweeling. See a doctor and you'll be back to normal size in no time.

Testicle enlargement or swelling is a sign of testicular cancer. Although it is not rare for the testicles to be slightly different sizes, the one being double sized would be generally abnormal. See your doctor.

well i had this problem earlier and it was because i was hit there by a cricket ball ( leather ball harder than a baseball) and one of my testicles was double the size if the other and i got it checked and i found out that there was an increased amount of hydrocil in my right testicle. it wasnt enough to be severe thoug. you should get a check up to make sure it isnt severe and o make sure its not cancer

if its almost as double as the other it might not be good and you might need to see a doctor, I remember reading that just a little bit larger was ok, but around twice the size you need to get it checked ASAP.

No, not a big deal. I have that issue. You should get a physical and the doctor will check them just to make sure

yeah dude everyone has one thats bigger than the other and its because ur body is protecting ur budies from crushing each other!! if they were the same size wenever they touched it would probably feel like ur being kicked n tha b@lls!!! especially in sports falling and they will destroy each other!!
