Emma Kate-I like it but it's very short. it's straight-forward and rolls off the tongue.
Isabelle Kate- not a fan of the name Isabelle
Abigail Kate- It's cute, but it doesn't sound good together.
Savannah Kate- I love it! I've always loved the name Savannah.
Avery Kate- My 2nd favortite! It s0ounds nice together and not too girlish.
Caroline Kate- I'm not a fna of alliteration, but I still like it.

I would use Kate as a middle name for these:
Emma Kate, Isabelle Kate, Avery Kate
And Joy as a middle for these:
Abigail Joy, Savannah Joy, Caroline Joy
Seems to flow better. Congrats!
P.S. My fav name, by the way, is Avery. That is too cute and you don't hear it all the time. Emma is WAY too common these days... she'd be one of ten in her class! lol

I like Kate better than Joy - just my opinion.
I like all of your first name options with Kate (Emma, Isabelle, Abigail, Savannah, and Avery) except for Caroline. I think Caroline goes better with Joy - Caroline Joy.

I don't like Emma. Love Isabelle, don't like Abigail, I like Savannah, I like Avery, I like Caroline if it is nicknamed Carla or Sharla or something. But not Caroline alone. Also try, Leila or Lila Kate. And I don't like joy at all. Closest suggestion to that I can make is Joanna or Jocelyn

i really like joy as a middle name, keep that for sure.
avery kate is my favorite, its really cute together! isabelle kate is also nice. emma kate sounds a little too choppy and savannah kate's a bit long. but theyre all cute!

Caroline and Abigail are wonderful names; I like Emma and Isabelle (prefer Isobel) well enough. I just can't understand why people use Kate as a full name. There are so many legitimate longer forms to choose from. Here are a few:
Catherine
Catalina
Caitlin
Katrina
Catarina
