N = 78! + 79!
N = 78!*1 + 78!*79
N = 78!*(79+1)
N = 78!*80
every prime number up to 78 is included, but 79 is not.
Try it with smaller numbers, to see the point.
n = 2! + 3! = 2!*1 + 2!*3 = 4*2!
divisible by 2, but not by 3
n = 2 + 6 = 8

78! + 79! = 78! (1 + 79) = (78!)(80)
All the primes less than 78 divide 78!
79 is prime but does not divide 78!, and 79 does not divide 80, so it does not divide their product. 79 is the smallest prime that does not divide 78! + 79!

78! + 79! = 78! (1+ 79) = 78! * 80
smallest prime number that does not devide this is > 78 and it does not devide 80
so it is 79 as 79 is a prime and does not devide 80

78!+79! = 78! (1+79) = 78! * 80
Clearly 79 is the smallest prime that doesn't divide 78!* 80
If p is less than 79 then p divides 78!
But 79 doesn't divide 78!.
