I love little hearts and love to decorate with them. I also have a few angels that I put out on my desk at Christmas time. One of them is an angel with open hands that I keep out all year round. There's something very captivating and loving about the image that always warms my heart. A few years ago I lost my home in a storm and wherever I went for the time I was away, I carried that little angel because it reminded me of home and made me feel that I was closer to returning home again. Eventually I was able to return and the angel still sits on my desk. It was a gift from a dear friend.
