Well, in the sense that I can be whoever or whatever I want to be, and be true to only to who I choose. I really don't open up to anyone offline. There's an unexplainable feeling in reaching out and being able to express my deepest feelings, with my special friend that understands me, and has helped me overcome major obstacles. ( Well, maybe not that one big pesky obstacle..lol) Not yet anyway...

I do enjoy life, most days anyway.......

Ummmm, I guess maybe a little but not by much.

I have met really cool people online from all around the world, but nothing is better than being able to actually spend time with someone right in front of you... which I don't have.

Wow this is a really deep question. But I would have to say that real life, although tedious and usually uneventful, can bring me immense joy and satisfaction, such as seeing a pack of polar bear cubs frolicking in the snow, or witnessing the birth of your own creation into the world. Although the internet is useful in that it is exorbiantly entertaining, its fundamental purpose is to provide pathways to get more out of actual life

Right now it is, but it's just a distraction. Besides, P&Sers are great people and I appreciate all answers. Life doesn't have to be a wild out of control party. Sometimes it's good old "quiet" Yahoo after dinner and while the kids are asleep...

No way, my online life is for some fun and distraction.
My real life is in the real world, and that is better than online could ever be.

Depends, its what you make of both of them. Normally people are themselves when they are online. And are a completely different fake person in their offline life.
